Established in 1950, Taiyuan Heavy Machinery Group Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as “TZCO”), was China's first independently designed and built heavy machinery manufacturing enterprise.

As the first heavy industrial base of PRC, TZCO has provided over 3,000 types, more than 40,000 sets,and approximately 10 million tons of equipment and products for key national projects. lt has created more than 500 types of innovative equipment and products in China and the world, celebrated as the “pioneer of the national economy".

Since 2020, TZCO has regarded high-quality development as its top priority and embarked on a new phase of reform,innovation,and development, marking a new stage of transformation.

Guided by the promotion of new industrialization,TZCO has seen the rise of the “TZCO Modern Industrial Park”, gradually constructing a new paradigm of coordinated industrial development with “Headquarters with Multiple Industrial Parks”.
